Dew on a rose-face evaporates;
Hues of a butterfly are bound to whither;
Tears have no recollection;
Fragrance may be deceiving, too. Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β
I say,
Call your acuity,
And take a glance at your lifeβs ending span.
Simply a blissful glimpse of a beauty
Can make each moment aromatic;
Can be life-changing in a jiffy.

Azhar Nadeem
Azhar NadeemΒ is a lawyer by profession. He was born on June 16, 1969 in Fortabbas, District Bahawalnagar, Punjab, Pakistan. He has been presently living and practicing is law pursuits in Bahawalpur. He has published three book of poetry: βNazm Mera Zeena Hayβ (Poem is My Stairway) 2018, βSitaray Sochti Aankhenβ (Eyes Which Keep Thinking About Stars) 2020, and βDo Phoolon Ki Kainaβtβ (The Universe of Two Flowers) 2022, which have received acclaim from the readers,critics and his contemporary poets. Presently, he is working on his fourth collection of poetry, which is expected to be published by the end 2024.Β
