Tsai Jung-Yung was born in Beidou, Changhua County, Taiwan in 1955. After graduating from Taichung Teachersβ College, He went to Mongolia with the motive of the poetry exchange between Taiwan and Mongolia in 2009. He attended ππ―π΅π¦π³π―π’π΅πͺπ°π―π’π ππ°π¦π΅π³πΊ ππ¦π΄π΅πͺπ·π’ππ΄ respectively in Cuba and Chile in 2014.He is currently an editing member of Li Poetry Group, a director in ππ’πͺπΈπ’π― ππ°π₯π¦π³π― ππ°π¦π΅π΄βππ΄π΄π°π€πͺπ’π΅πͺπ°π―, a director and editing member of the childrenβs literature magazine βππ¦π³πͺπ΄π΄π’ ππ¦π΅πͺπ₯π’β, and a member of PPDM.
