My footsteps get heavier;
The more I walk, the heavier these roads.
Hence, I could not know whether Almighty;
Had sent to me these exams and odds?
My dawns get fully darkened;
When I woke up with sorrow;
And, while all of my wishes fell down;
I am, meanwhile, in fire above and below.
Though, sitting alone with my loneliness;
I drink my pain uttering a toast.
If I open my eyes from dreaming;
I fell down from the sky to the dust.
You my dreams, please become my life;
Unhappy days are only daydream ever.
Oh God, wake me up from my life but;
Let me to be in dream forever.

Born on January 24, 1997 in Pop district of Namangan region. Although Jakhongir Nomozov is an Uzbek poet but he also writes in Azerbaijani. Additionally, he is simultaneously a poet, a journalist, and a translator. Presently, he is a student of the University of Journalism and Mass Communications. Therefore, he is not only a Correspondent for Uzbekistan in Azerbaijan’s “Butov Azerbaijan” newspaper; “YAZARLAR” journal but also the Literature and Fine Arts website managed by the Ministry of Culture and Literary Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Moreover, he is also a representative of the Turkish state “SIIR SARNICI” electronic magazine in Uzbekistan.
Membership:
Since, he is a member of the Azerbaijan Journalists’ Union and the World Young Turkic Writers Union. And also, a member of the International Association “World Talents” established in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Member of the International Association of Artists; member of the Kyrgyz Poets and Writers Public Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic. Similarly, member of “World Talents” International Association; “Kyrgyz Public Fund of Poets and Writers”. And, he is a participant of the traditional workshop of young artists, as well.
Work:
Since, Jakhongir Nomozov is the author of the books: “Rebels of My Heart”, “Sacred Place”; and “Awakening Song” 2022. So, he has also published a collection of poems: “Under the Sun”. Hence, his poems have been published in the international “Mujde” and “Flashmab” anthologies. As well, newspapers and literary magazines of Kazakhstan; Kyrgyzstan; Turkmenistan; Azerbaijan; India; Turkey; Russia; Bangladesh; Nepal; Kenya. And, Algeria; Iran; Iraq Vietnam; Serbia; Macedonia; Belgium; China; Korea; Spain; Italy; Albania; American newspapers and magazines and literary sites.
Awards:
He is the winner of the “Abay” medal”; “Commemorative Badge of the International Amir Temur Charitable Fund”; and “Pride of Science” awards. Furthermore, Jakhongir Nomozov is also winner of the “Guzel Alania Award” from the Turkish state. Moreover, he is also winner of many national and international competitions.
