Muhammad Rahal was born in Tebessa, Algeria, on March 18, 1992. He lives in Bir El Ater, Tebessa Province. He is an academic and poet, an international media ambassador, an artist, a researcher in popular heritage, a translator, a songwriter, an editor-in-chief of international media magazines, and a holder of an international ambassador’s certificate from the World Poetry Union, and is considered one of the most famous poets of Arabic Language. He is considered one of the world’s most famous poets and a cultural activist; he began his cultural career after graduating from university. He obtained an artist card and began participating in national cultural festivals. Muhammad Rahal has more than 19 academic studies in poetry. He participated in the most important cultural events in his state. Then he moved to India. He participated in many international festivals, including the Douz in the Maghreb — an International Poetry Festival in Morocco, and other Festivals. He was another international player in Egypt, and Arabiya who won 6 awards in 6 competitions and participated in them. Muhammad Rahal also participated in many national demonstrations, making him the first in his generation in terms of participation. These demonstrations also gained access to other cultural categories, including the media, and then through media activation. He, then, entered other cultural fields, including the media, and began media activation. He participated in many media sessions. Many of them are related to his country’s folk heritage, and some are related to his talent in folk poetry.
