God will come!
I am standing,
At the edge of helplessness,
For now, He will comeโ,
To fill the darkness in my veins,
With light,
To awaken hearts,
Hidden in the stones.
I have lit lamps,
Whispered prayers,
Hoping that one day,
This intense quietness will shatter,
And I will hear,
The tapping of His footsteps.
Will God come?
For now, my existence,
Wanders within,
The endless cycle of waitingโ;
Perhaps,
He resides within me,
Or perhaps,
He, too,
Is waiting for me.
