Negyar Nurulla Khalilova is a multilingual (Azerbaijani- Russian-English) poetess, fictionist (novelist, short story writer and flash fiction writer), and translator from Baku city, Azerbaijan. She graduated from Azerbaijan Medical institute named after N. Narimanov. She holds Ph.D. degree from Azerbaijan Medical University, and has stayed in Saudi Arabia, serving as a Physician. She is a member of Azerbaijan Writers Union. Negyar Nurulla Khalilova Studied at literary courses at the Union of Writers of Azerbaijan, led by modern famous poets and writers. Member of Azerbaijan Writers Union (2013). She has been published in books, literary magazines (online and print), newspapers and anthologies in Azerbaijan, Russia, Bangladesh, and USA over the years. Negyar Nurulla Khalilova has participated in several international poetry festivals, conducted data in the capital of Texas Austin (AIPF) in 2016-2017. She has been awarded diplomas and certificates from international literary competitions.

Simoom not tears leaf,
Cactus not blooms,
Butterfly not lives.
Are you God, are you Lord?
