Zekerija Idrizi is a theologian, researcher, publicist, essayist, playwright, novelist, poet, and literary critic. He was born in 1969 in the Dizhon neighborhood of Skopje, North Macedonia. He completed his primary and secondary education with excellent success at the “Isa Beu” Madrasa in Skopje. He pursued higher education at the Faculty of Islamic Sciences and Philosophy in Sarajevo. Between 1993 and 1997, he worked as an education officer within the Islamic Religious Community in Skopje.
Zekerija Idrizi has published hundreds of articles in the cultural, scientific, and informational magazine Hëna e re (“The New Moon”), Macedonia. He also published academic, essayistic, and journalistic writings in other Albanian newspapers. Zekerija Idrizi has also translated two books from Bosnian: “Islamic Law” by Dr. Jusuf Kardavi, and as co-translator from Arabic, “The Essential Truths of Islam” (El-Hakaikatul-Esasijjetul-Islamijjeh) by Dr. Abdullah Sead.

Valentina Korçari Muka was born on September 15, 1958, in Kuçova, Albania. In 1982, she graduated from the Veterinary Faculty at the Higher Agricultural Institute, Kamëz, Tirana. For 23 years, she worked as a veterinary specialist in the Poshnja Agricultural Cooperative, at the Agricultural Directorate of the District, and in the Municipality and Customs of the city of Berat. Valentina has been living in Toronto, Canada, for over 20 years. But her connection to her hometown, Kuçovë, remains alive even after 20 years in Canada.
Valentina Korçari Muka published her first novel, “Eve’s Paths”, in 2023. She republished the book in 2024, and translated it into English. Valentina also writes portraits of well-known Albanian figures on social media.
