Lee Kuei-shien served as chairman of National Culture and Arts Foundation in Taiwan, now is the vice president in Asia of Movimiento Poetas del Mundo. He has published 29 poetry books and 3 memoirs. His poems have been translated and published in Japan, Korea, Canada, New Zealand, Netherlands, Yugoslavia, Romania, India, Greece, Lithuania, USA, Spain, Brazil, Mongolia, Russia, Cuba, Chile, Poland, Nicaragua, Bangladesh, Turkey, Macedonia, Serbia, Malaysia, Kosovo, Italy, Mexico, Colombia, The United Arab Emirates, Nepal, Kenya, Albania, South Africa, England, etc. He has been awarded with many domestic and international prizes from India, Mongolia, Korea, and Bangladesh.
