I Left It to You
— POEM by
Suna Hezer
___________
As I left the end of this love to you;
At least stay true to the promises you made.
You’ve been away from me for so long;
At least stay true to the words you uttered.
My patience is overflowing;
Because living aimlessly is beyond me.
My mind is bewildered as I become helpless;
So stay true at least to the hands you hold.
I built a world for myself with you;
When I heard the sweetest words from you.
Moreover, I was intoxicated by your love;
At least stay true to the words you uttered.
